We are based in Noordwijkerhout, but we do not own a physical store so are running this business from our residence.
You can however frequently find us at events all over the Netherlands and Belgium, for more information on this click here.
For items that are in stock we aim to send them to you the same day (if ordered before 4PM) but since we can’t keep everything in stock at all times there might be a few days delay until your order is shipped out depending on the size of your order.
This depends on where you’re ordering from, the closer to the Netherlands you are, the cheaper shipping will be. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible but larger items will unfortunately cost a bit more to ship than smaller ones.
The exact information of your shipping costs will be shown to you at checkout.
Remember that if you’re in the Netherlands or Belgium you can always visit us at any of the events we are attending and pick up your products there instead!
Any items that are shipped to you and arrive sufficiently broken will either be fully refunded or a replacement will be sent out to you free of charge.
Our aim is to make sure you are happy and satisfied with our products.
Please don’t abuse our system though, we are a small start-up business and don’t have unlimited funds.
Our company is considered small enough to qualify for the Dutch “Kleine Ondernemings Regeling”or the KOR for short.
This means that if our turnover is less than €20.000 per calender year we do not have to charge taxes on our products, which means more money in your pockets!
